I really have to remember

to fill in my actual physical paper running log. I fill in my spreadsheet and e-log (Buckeyeoutdoors.com), but I am bad when it comes to filling out my new paper log.

I suspect that if I started to do it every day (instead of once a week now) I would get into a habit, and be much more conscience of my runs.

Once again, just a thought......
