Besides the obvious of nutrition (I have to eat better before my runs, I think another issue might just be moving around my training schedule.
Plan is to take Mondays off, but as of late I have been taking Weds off. I think mentally this might just be killing me. As my idea is that if I run on Monday, I ma getting a jump and banking for "just in case" reasons. I think if I took my Mondays off (which are one of my most hectic days) it would probably go a lot to getting me on some sort of proper track.
Just a thought.....
