Last weeks training

Didn't go like I planned. I finished up with 30.75 miles. I was hoping for at least 40.

Unfortunately, last week I had some "lost mojo" and that hurt me.

SteveRunner over at Pheddipidations seems to be going through the same thing. I am going to have to assume it might just be a seasonal thing.

Hopefully I can get past it.

I am setting my goal on 40 miles this week. I just have to learn to try and not let the stress get me, which it did last week.

Stress usually works against me and even running does not seem to help.
